● SHIPPING ●
Free shipping in Europe on all orders over 300€
To ensure absolute convenience and super quick delivery times, all our orders are shipped with either DHL or DPD courier services. After receipt of your order, your items will be shipped within 2 working days. Once the parcel is shipped you will receive it at the provided address within 1 to 5 working days in Europe or 5 to 10 working days worldwide depending on your selected shipping method.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment step by step and be informed in advance of your delivery date.
Worldwide delivery is available absolutely everywhere. Please enter your country at checkout to see the rate applicable to your destination. If you cannot find your country on our checkout page, please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
● DUTIES & TAXES ●
Shipments to certain destinations (outside of the EU and the UK) sent from the EU must clear customs where additional duties and taxes are applicable depending on country to country. These extra charges are not the responsibility of CASS and must be settled by the end customer before the parcel is released to them.
Please ensure you are aware of the import fees applicable to your country before ordering. You can contact your local post office for more information about import duties rates in your country, alternatively you can contact us for a specific quote from our courier at firstname.lastname@example.org
● CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS ●
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team prepares and ships it as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we are not able to cancel or add/remove items from your order. You will need to return the item(s) upon reception and place a new order.
If the order is in preparation and has not yet been shipped, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please email us as soon as possible.
● EXCHANGE ●
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to exchange items. If you need your item in another size or colour, please return your item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt and place a new order.
In the case of a mistake on our part within the preparation of your order where we might have shipped the wrong item/colour/size we will arrange your return and shipping of the correct item. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
● RETURNS ●
In the unlikely event that you would not be 100% satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 working days within the receipt date of your order to change your mind and return an item to us. You will be refunded on the original payment method associated with your purchase. Please note that after a refund has been granted, it can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and banks.
All items must be returned brand new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original packaging and tags attached or they will NOT be accepted. Please connect to your account and fill in the online return form. Our customer care will then provide you with all the necessary information to process the return of your item(s).
We regret that we are not currently able to provide you with a complimentary return label. All returns are at your own expense, we advise you to return your item(s) in a secure and solid package with your reliable local post or preferred courier. We suggest that you reuse the shipping box in which you received your order if it is still in good shape and we strongly recommend that you send back your package with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that any import duties and taxes paid upon the delivery of your parcel are non-refundable. If shipping fees were applicable at the time of your order, they are non-refundable.
Returns made later than 14 days after receipt of order will not be eligible for refund and will be reshipped to the customer.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our return policy. We do aim in the future to offer complimentary pre-paid return labels for all orders. In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and for supporting a sustainable, ethical and vegan start-up.
