● GENERAL ●
All mentions and references to “CASS”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “I”, throughout www.cassmade.com are to CASS, a registered trademark owned by Eléonore CASS. Any new features or tools which are added to the current website will also be subjected to the T&C. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these T&C by posting changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Your continued use of and access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
● ACCOUNT ●
To use some of the services and features on our website, you will need to register online by creating an account. When you register you are required to provide some of your personal information that is truthful, accurate and complete. Should any of your registration information change, please update it in your account as soon as possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. In addition, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. CASS and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
● PURCHASE ●
In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, current phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated in your account settings. You will also be required to provide payment details that are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Products purchased by the client are for personal or gift use only and must not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit as this is illegal.
● ORDERS ●
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. CASS may offer products for sale that are:
1) On pre-order: available for shipment from our warehouse at a specified date, provided when you place your order. If this date were to be changed due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the shipping date is changed to a later date, and you do not wish to wait until this new date, you are entitled to a full refund. Items available for pre-order may also be shipped at an earlier date than first stated on your oder.
2) In stock: available for dispatch from our warehouse within 48h.
3) On waitlist: Items on waitlist might be offered again for sale soon. The waitlist allows you to register your email and be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
We will only take advance payment for pre-orders items of new collections or sold-out items of the current collection that have already been scheduled for delivery by our supplier(s). Your rights regarding pre-order purchases are the same as those for any other purchases at CASS.
Please be aware that due to unforeseeable circumstances we may be unable to deliver some pre-order items due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into our stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the full advance payment to your original payment method within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on our website. Please know that certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
● CONTRACT ●
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and CASS will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in France and the language of the contract is English or French. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier(s) have the authority to accept an order on behalf of CASS.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for instance, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our website whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on our website, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
We make every effort to ensure the details on our website are accurate, however, we may from time to time discover a mistake in the information displayed about one of our products. We apologise for this and will make all necessary corrections as soon as we are aware of our error.
If we discover a mistake in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as possible.
● APPLICABLE LAW & COMPLAINTS ●
By visiting cassmade.com, you agree that the laws under the registration of CASS will govern these terms of services and disputes of any sort that might arise between you and CASS or its associates.
In case of any disagreements or complaints with CASS, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All disputes are expected to be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill from all parties. In the unlikely event that consent is not reached between the parties, any unresolved disputes arising out of or relating to interpretation of the terms of services, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the contract or its adaptation to newly emerging circumstances will be settled by the competent court of registration of CASS, registered in FRANCE at 120 Ch. de la Tour Magne, 30 000 Nîmes, and in accordance with the French law and legislation.
● PAYMENT ●
CASS accept payments made by debit/credit cards by Visa, V Pay, Visa Electron, MasterCard & Maestro, as well as any other methods clearly stated at the checkout. You can also choose to pay with PayPal using your debit/credit card or with your account. All payments are safely processed and verified. The website is secured by a SSL certificate which protects your date while browsing, registering or paying online. Please select your preferred payment option at the checkout. If you wish to pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal online payment platform to proceed. You will be able to pay by card, bank account or with your own Paypal account, or create a new Paypal account. You are not required to create a Paypal account to pay by card on our website. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the CASS homepage.
By paying on our website, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card or Paypal account to use this payment method. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to CASS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal or guaranteed by the security systems ‘Verified by Visa’ of Visa International and ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ of MasterCard Worldwide. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, CASS also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Furthermore, we take care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised and illegal access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
● SHIPPING ●
Free shipping in the E.U. on all orders over 300€
To ensure absolute convenience and super quick delivery times, all our orders are shipped with either DHL or DPD courier services. After receipt of your order, your items will be shipped within 2 working days. Once the parcel is shipped you will receive it at the provided address within 1 to 5 working days in Europe or 5 to 10 working days worldwide depending on your selected shipping method.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment step by step and be informed in advance of your delivery date.
Worldwide delivery is available absolutely everywhere. Please enter your country at checkout to see the rate applicable to your destination. If you cannot find your country on our checkout page, please email us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
● DUTIES & TAXES ●
Shipments to certain destinations (outside of the EU and the UK) sent from the EU must clear customs where additional duties and taxes are applicable depending on country to country. These extra charges are not the responsibility of CASS and must be settled by the end customer before the parcel is released to them.
Please ensure you are aware of the import fees applicable to your country before ordering. You can contact your local post office for more information about import duties rates in your country, alternatively you can contact us for a specific quote from our courier at firstname.lastname@example.org
● CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS ●
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team prepares and ships it as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we are not able to cancel or add/remove items from your order. You will need to return the item(s) upon reception and place a new order.
If the order is in preparation and has not yet been shipped, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please email us as soon as possible.
● EXCHANGE ●
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to exchange items. If you need your item in another size or colour, please return your item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt and place a new order.
In the case of a mistake on our part within the preparation of your order where we might have shipped the wrong item/colour/size we will arrange your return and shipping of the correct item. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
● RETURNS ●
In the unlikely event that you would not be 100% satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 working days within the receipt date of your order to change your mind and return an item to us. You will be refunded on the original payment method associated with your purchase. Please note that after a refund has been granted, it can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and banks.
All items must be returned brand new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original packaging and tags attached or they will NOT be accepted. Please connect to your account and fill in the online return form. Our customer care will then provide you with all the necessary information to process the return of your item(s).
We regret that we are not currently able to provide you with a complimentary return label. All returns are at your own expense, we advise you to return your item(s) in a secure and solid package with your reliable local post or preferred courier. We suggest that you reuse the shipping box in which you received your order if it is still in good shape and we strongly recommend that you send back your package with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that any import duties and taxes paid upon the delivery of your parcel are non-refundable. If shipping fees were applicable at the time of your order, they are non-refundable.
Returns made later than 14 days after receipt of order will not be eligible for refund and will be reshipped to the customer.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our return policy. We do aim in the future to offer complimentary pre-paid return labels for all orders. In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and for supporting a sustainable, ethical and vegan start-up.
● PROMOTIONAL CODES ●
Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if any is provided.
● INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHTS ●
All content available on CASS (texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software and so on…) is the property of CASS or its content suppliers and is under protection by the international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of CASS.
Your use of our website and its contents grants you no rights in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to any content of CASS.
Any reproduction or sharing of our content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. CASS website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within our website. You may not use our website, or any of its content, for any commercial purpose at your benefit.
We may collect personal information about you when you register or subscribe to one of our services, place an order, use our online services or interact with us in any way. By registering, subscribing or using our services, you consent to the use of your personal data in line with this policy.
The information we collect and hold about you may include any personal information filled out in your account or data collected online by our website. We do NOT share your information with any third-party and we take care to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided or that we have collected. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised and illegal access to any personal data collected.
We highly value the information you share with us. CASS reserves the rights to use these information to offer goods and / or services to the client, for promotions, sending of advertising messages, congratulations, inquiries, for creation of statistics and any other legitimate purposes, except in the case of explicit disagreement sent to us at following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Any other purposes for which the data will be used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, moral rules and good will.
